How long does it take to produce a personalized balloon?
Production time for a fully customized balloon is 6 to 8 weeks, and 14 weeks for boat imports.
This includes the creation of a 3D mock-up, and a headstock for production control. Following these initial steps, the balloon panels are silk-screened, cut to size, and stitched together.
The final stage is inspection. The balloons are inflated, then washed before being deflated and packed for shipment by air or sea. The series of personalized balloons is checked by logistics before being shipped to the delivery address.
Where do our balloons come from?
Our partner balloon factories are located in India, Pakistan or China, depending on deadline and quality constraints.
Personalized balloons are produced using a traditional process: silk-screening the balloon panels, assembling and stitching the balloons. The balloon production process has been modernized and certain stages industrialized.
In the value chain, our aim is to work with factories that respect social and environmental standards.
